About The Role :

Position: Senior Sales Officer
Experience: Mini. 2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing of any industry.
Education : Must be Graduate
CTC:2.00 To 3.15 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Achieving the sales target through assigned leads, which may be self-generated or may be generated by the Branch Ops, Call Center teams and/or other sources.
Meeting prospective customers in assigned geography to understand their financial need and sell insurance solutions that cater to their needs.
Take daily follow-up of clients
Providing pre-and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement)
Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)

Candidate Preference:

Good Communication Skills
Ability to convince and influence others
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
Goal orientation despite pressures and setbacks
Willing to travel in the designated region/city
Local Language preferred
