Senior Sales Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. The role involves field sales, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through field sales and market visits
• Identify potential customers and create new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Follow up with leads and convert them into business
• Ensure proper documentation and customer support

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Graduation preferred
• Willingness to travel for field work

CTC: Up to 3–4 LPA + Incentives
