Role Overview

As a Key Accounts Associate at Flipkart Food Tech, you will support the team in building and managing restaurant partnerships. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow in the dynamic food-tech ecosystem. You will assist senior managers in account management, data analysis, and campaign execution, while gaining hands-on experience in relationship building and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Restaurant Portfolio Support

• Assist in onboarding new restaurant partners.
• Support account managers in maintaining strong partner relationships.
• Learn to understand partner needs and align solutions to drive growth.

2. Growth & Performance Monitoring

• Track partner performance metrics using dashboards and reports.
• Identify basic trends and share insights with the team.
• Support initiatives to improve menu visibility, pricing, and customer experience.

3. Data & Reporting

• Work with Excel and Google Sheets to prepare reports and forecasts.
• Learn to interpret data and provide inputs for decision-making.

4. Campaign Assistance

• Support execution of platform-wide campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with restaurant partners to ensure participation.
• Track campaign outcomes and share feedback with the team.

5. Communication & Collaboration

• Maintain clear communication with restaurant partners under guidance of senior managers.
• Share updates, insights, and assist in resolving operational issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner success.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic analytical ability and eagerness to learn data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (training will be provided if needed).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a learning mindset.
• Ownership attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Preferred candidate profile

* Graduation qualification is mandatory

* Good english communication along with Regional language awareness(Kannada will be preferred)

* Two wheeler is mandatory

* Willingness to travel within city to meet restaurant partner

* Preferred candidates from Food background only and have handled restaurant vendors onboarding
