1) Candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in production supervising in meat industries.
2) Candidate should have experience in manpower handling.
3) Supervise day-to-day production floor activities, including preparation of marinades, masalas, and pre-preparations for upcoming production schedules.
4) Ensure all marinades and masalas are prepared strictly according to approved recipes and quality standards.
5) Train and guide production staff on best practices, efficient production methods, and proper workflow during operations.
6) Monitor production efficiency and ensure timely completion of pre-preparation and production targets.
7) Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation across the production floor in line with industry standards.
8) Ensure compliance with established production processes and factory operating procedures.
9) Coordinate with the production team to maintain consistency, quality, and productivity.
