Senior Sales Officer

As a Senior Sales Officer for Food Ingredients/Bakery Ingredients in the Kolkata area, you will be responsible for participating in face-to-face and remote selling activities to both new and existing customers. Your role will involve selling food ingredients such as food colours, fragrances, additives, and preservatives, as well as bakery ingredients including bread improver, baking powder, cake mixtures, and whipped cream. You will engage with manufacturing companies directly or indirectly through various sales channels. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the development and delivery of sales bids, proposals, and presentations, as well as conducting product demonstrations. You will also play a crucial role in identifying and reaching out to potential customers, building strong customer relationships to drive future sales and repeat business. Additionally, you will leverage your knowledge and experience to sell directly to customers, handling various technical or customer support issues with minimal supervision. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience and hold a bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in BSc or BCom. Prior sales experience in the bakery or food ingredient industry is highly desirable. The ideal candidate should be between 20 to 35 years of age and willing to work full-time on a fixed shift schedule. The compensation package for this position includes a monthly salary ranging from 8,086.00 to 25,000.00, along with additional benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, and provident fund. Furthermore, you will be eligible for yearly bonuses based on performance.
