Senior Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and expand channel distribution network in the assigned territory.
  
• Appoint and develop new dealers, sub-dealers, and channel partners.
  
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to maintain market leadership.
  
• Drive brand visibility and promotional activities in the market.
  
• Ensure correct pricing and brand positioning in the assigned territory.
  
• Oversee timely collection of payments and ensure healthy fund flow.
  
• Provide technical and sales support to dealers for strengthening their business.
  
• Motivate, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve organizational objectives.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with trade partners, influencers, and stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification:

  Diploma in Marketing / BBA / MBA (preferred).

• Experience:

  35 years in cement / building material industry with proven sales track record.

• Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of cement market, dealer management, and channel sales.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  
• Leadership qualities with team-handling experience.
  
• Decision-making and problem-solving ability.
  
• Hardworking, target-driven, and customer-focused.
