Senior Sales Manager - TMI Product Line

Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Manager at Integrated Services & Consultancy (ISC), ESA Group Associate Company, you will play a crucial role in growing the business and expanding the customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve the assigned/agreed target for each fiscal year. - Generate enquiries from new customers/assigned segments. - Identify the target customer base and develop relationships. - Gain knowledge of the domain, product features, and benefits for pre-sales activities. - Create and maintain a sales plan focusing on key accounts and sales stimulus activities. - Understand customer organizations, strategies, and key programs. - Identify customer requirements and promote TMI products to new and existing applications/customers. - Utilize sales resources effectively, including applications engineers, channel partners/dealers, and service/support representatives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in E & C / Instrumentation. - 4 to 6 years of successful technology field sales experience, preferably in the Test and Measurement field. - Sales experience in the Test and Measurement industry with a proven track record of successful high-technology sales. - Strong knowledge of the electronics industry, especially the TMI sector. - Technical sales skills including prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers. - Willingness to travel throughout the sales territory with strong teamwork and accountability for customer engagements. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in time management, organization, and the use of computers, e-mail, Microsoft Office programs/CRM.,
