SENIOR SALES MANAGER

NOTE: Only candidates with the real estate experience should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries, follow-up on leads, and close sales deals.
• Review daily/weekly sales dashboards and follow up with team members on pipeline progress.
• Ensure all leads are contacted, qualified, and advanced through the sales funnel.
• Monitor activity levels (calls, meetings, proposals) and help remove obstacles blocking deals.
• Conduct site visits and walk clients through project locations, ensuring they clearly understand features, timelines, and benefits.
• Maintain strong client relationships by staying in regular contact, understanding customer needs, and providing ongoing support to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Close sales deals by addressing client concerns, negotiating terms, and securing final agreements.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Real estate sales experience with Mohali market (Residential/Commercial)
• Applications without real estate experience will not be considered.
• Presentable, confident, and excellent communication skills.
• Target driven and able to work in fast-pacedin a high-pressure environment, ensuring deadlines are met and sales goals are consistently achieved.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
