You will be joining our dynamic team at [Your Company Name] in Perinthalmanna, Malappuram as a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in inside sales. In this full-time, office-based role, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives. Your proficiency in CRM software, along with extensive experience in sales calling structures, objection handling, and customer acquisition, will be crucial for your success in this role. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will lead and mentor the inside sales team to drive sales performance and achieve company targets. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies, utilizing CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, guiding the team in overcoming customer objections, and identifying new business opportunities for customer acquisition. Additionally, you will provide training and coaching to improve sales techniques and performance, monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management on team performance and results. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Sales Manager or in an Inside Sales role, strong knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools, expertise in inside sales calling structure, objection handling, and customer acquisition strategies, excellent leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. If you have previous experience managing remote or hybrid sales teams, the ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies accordingly, or industry-specific expertise, it would be considered a plus.
