Senior sales manager decor

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute décor design concepts in line with client requirements and budgets.
• Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close décor sales.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Prepare detailed décor layouts, mood boards, and visual presentations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, vendor pricing, and décor innovations.
• Supervise setup and on-site coordination during events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in décor design and sales within the event industry.
• Strong creative and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or AutoCAD) is an added advantage.
