Senior Sales Manager Construction Procurement

As a Senior Sales Manager at Naaya Construction, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue, onboarding suppliers and buyers, building and managing a sales team, and setting up scalable sales systems. Your responsibilities will include a mix of on-field activities such as client meetings, site visits, and supplier visits, as well as off-field work involving strategy, reporting, pipeline management, and KPIs. Frequent travel will be required to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets. - Onboard and manage both suppliers and buyers on the platform. - Build, mentor, and lead a current sales team and expand to an expected team size of 10+. - Set up sales systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency. - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. - Define and monitor measurable KPIs and success metrics for yourself and the team. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine strategies and offerings. - Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and retention. - Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity. Qualifications Required: - 7-10+ years of B2B sales experience in construction, building materials, or infrastructure. - Strong knowledge of procurement cycles, supplier networks, and construction material sales. - Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue. - Experience in team management, building teams, and mentoring sales professionals. - Familiarity with CRM tools or ability to quickly adapt to technology. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Comfortable with both on-field and off-field responsibilities. - Willingness to travel frequently for supplier/buyer meetings and site visits.
