Senior Sales Manager - Building Materials - Dealer Sales

As a Senior Sales Manager - Retail at Abhimanya Doors, your primary responsibility will be to manage and expand the dealer and distributor network in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This role will require extensive travel and a proactive approach towards building and maintaining strong relationships with partners. Your contribution will be crucial in driving revenue growth in the region. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, onboard, and develop new dealers and distributors. - Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent sales performance. - Resolve partner issues promptly and provide timely support and service. - Plan and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets. - Track performance metrics, provide regular sales forecasts, and conduct product training for channel partners. - Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitor and market trends. - Coordinate with internal sales, logistics, and marketing teams for seamless execution. - Report regularly to regional and national sales heads with updates and insights. - Train the new Sales Executives. **Qualifications & Requirements:** - Candidate base location has to be Vijayawada. - Good English communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and channel management. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. - Proficiency in local languages (Telugu and/or Hindi) is highly desirable. **What We Offer:** - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. - Travel and mobile allowances. - Opportunity to work with a fast-growing brand in the building materials industry. - A dynamic and supportive work environment.
