As a Senior Sales Growth Specialist for the Architect and Interior Designer business in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through the establishment of strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and Studio Partners. Your success in this role will be dependent on your comprehensive knowledge of the modular industry and design fraternity, exceptional networking abilities, and a track record of influencing key decision-makers. Your responsibilities will include developing and nurturing relationships with architects, interior designers, and specifiers to promote modular kitchen, wardrobes, vanities, and TV units. You will also be tasked with identifying business opportunities and collaborating with design professionals to incorporate our offerings into their projects. Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to architects and designers to showcase value propositions will be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess relevant experience in the industry, particularly in areas such as modular kitchen and wardrobes, building materials, furniture, and lighting. Familiarity with sales in the Architect and Interiors fraternity will be advantageous. Additionally, a proven track record in sales and business development within the architectural and design sector, along with a strong existing network of architects, designers, and specifiers, will be beneficial. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands is essential for developing strategic business plans. Collaboration with studio sales teams to ensure business conversion alignment and managing and expanding the client base within the assigned territory are crucial aspects of the role. You will also be responsible for negotiating and finalizing closures with clients in collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a competitive market. Willingness to travel within the assigned area is a requirement for this position. Proficiency in Hindi, English, and the local language is mandatory for this role.
