As a Sr. Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales of P&G products, managing key accounts, and ensuring strong distribution performance in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new B2B clients including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
Promote and sell P&G products across Raipur and surrounding areas.
Execute daily market visits, follow route plans, and manage client follow-ups.
Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and timely order generation.
Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle invoicing, payment follow-up, and ensure account reconciliation.
Maintain regular reporting and feedback to sales leadership.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Prior experience with P&G or similar FMCG brands will be a strong advantage.
Strong local market knowledge of Raipur and surrounding areas.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹25,000 (in-hand)
Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) as per company policy
