Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a
Recruiter cum Senior Sales Executive.
● Identify and source qualified candidates for our international job requirements.
● Pitch services to individual customers via calls, digital platforms etc.
● Convert daily leads into successful closures
● Follow up aggressively with potential customers to ensure maximum conversion
● Handle objections and rejections confidently
● Record customer information and sales data accurately
● Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires .
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Should be Self-motivated and proactive.
Working hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Work from Office role)
Working days: Mon - Sat (3rd Saturdays off)
Experience: 3 years to 6 years
Salary: 4-7 LPA per annum
Location: Mohan Estate, Delhi, 110044.
