Position : Asst. Sales Manager / SR. Sales Executive
Industry: Indian Coal

Key Responsibility

  • Sales and Marketing:
  • Identify and acquire new customers while managing existing accounts.
  • Meet sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
  • Market Research:
  • Track competitor movements and monitor market trends.
  • Collect and analyse customer behaviour and feedback.
  • Business Development:
  • Build a robust customer base and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
  • Sales Performance:
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and progress.
  • Suggest strategies to improve performance and achieve goals

Required Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales and in the coal industry.
  • Basic understanding of the Indian coal market and competitor dynamics.
