Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a competitive and trustworthy Senior Sales Executive in the Real Estate Software Sales Domain. Your main responsibilities will include discovering and pursuing existing and new sales opportunities, explaining the website/software to builders/advertisers, selling online packages, and effectively managing a team. Additionally, you should have knowledge of competitive analysis and be able to implement strategies accordingly. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving sales targets of packages from builders/sellers/suppliers/advertisers - Promoting the company, its mission, and core values positively - Ensuring timely collection of revenue from builders/sellers - Regularly interacting with clients Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales - Good presentation skills - Strong client relationship management abilities - Negotiation skills - Ability to meet sales goals - Creative thinking - Knowledge of competitive analysis and strategy implementation Additional Details: The salary for this position ranges from INR 180,000 to 240,000 per annum. However, the salary is not restricted to this range, and a competitive salary will be offered based on your current CTC and market standards. In addition to the salary, you will also receive travel allowance, telephone allowance, and performance-based incentives.
