Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in the medical field and software sales. The ideal candidate will have established contacts with hospitals and clinics, excellent relationship-building skills, and proven experience in healthcare or software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics).
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare decision-makers.
• Present and promote our doctor booking software effectively to doctors, administrators, and purchase departments.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with healthcare industry trends, competitor activities, and software market developments.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of sales experience in the medical/Software industry.
• Prior experience in software or SaaS sales, especially healthcare solutions, is highly desirable.
• Existing network and contacts with hospitals and clinics is a must.
• Proven track record in hospital dealings and B2B healthcare sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
