We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in the medical field and software sales. The ideal candidate will have established contacts with hospitals and clinics, excellent relationship-building skills, and proven experience in healthcare or software.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics).
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare decision-makers.
Present and promote our doctor booking software effectively to doctors, administrators, and purchase departments.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with healthcare industry trends, competitor activities, and software market developments.

Requirements:

3–5 years of sales experience in the medical/Software industry.
Prior experience in software or SaaS sales, especially healthcare solutions, is highly desirable.
Existing network and contacts with hospitals and clinics is a must.
Proven track record in hospital dealings and B2B healthcare sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
