Job Description

You will be joining us in Varanasi as a Senior Sales Executive and Project Sales Manager in a full-time on-site capacity. Your primary responsibilities will include driving day-to-day sales activities, such as identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Sales and Business Development skills, Client Relationship Management expertise, as well as exceptional Negotiation and Closing capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to solve problems efficiently. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Prior experience in the power electronics industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Ideally, you will bring 3-6 years of experience in the Solar or Electrical Department to this position.
