As a Marketing Professional for our premium residential projects, specifically a luxury villa development in Tirupati, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and sales. Your expertise in real estate marketing and lead generation will be instrumental in the success of our marketing campaigns. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategy & Planning:** Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote luxury residential properties. - **Lead Generation:** Manage lead generation activities across digital platforms (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, Email Marketing) and traditional channels (print, events, hoardings). - **Digital Marketing Management:** Optimize paid digital campaigns (PPC, Social Media Ads) focusing on cost-per-lead and conversion rates. Update project website content and social media profiles. - **Collateral & Branding:** Work with design agencies to create high-quality marketing materials ensuring consistent brand messaging. - **Channel Partner Coordination:** Assist the sales team in creating marketing materials for channel partners and develop incentive schemes to boost indirect sales. - **Market Research:** Stay updated on local real estate market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities. - **Events & Promotions:** Plan and execute promotional events, property exhibitions, and exclusive launch events for potential buyers. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong background in real estate marketing - Proven ability to generate high-quality leads - Expertise in managing digital and traditional marketing channels This position offers full-time or freelance job types with a contract length of 12 months.
