Sales Executive – Real Estate (Denkanikottai / Hosur Region)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to promote our premium plotted development – located near Denkanikottai (Hosur region).
The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate sales, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell villa plots in To individual and corporate buyers.
• Generate and follow up on leads through walk-ins, digital campaigns, referrals, and local networking.
• Conduct site visits, explain project features, location advantages, and investment benefits.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, and local businesses.
• Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (plots, villas, or apartments preferred).
• Good communication in English, Tamil, and Kannada (advantageous).
• Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented personality.
