Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and networking. Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable BL or LAP products. Collect and verify documents for loan applications. Coordinate with credit, operations, and backend teams for smooth disbursement. Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth. Provide accurate product knowledge to customers (interest rates, eligibility, etc.). Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred. Experience: 0-3 years in loan sales (BL/LAP) or BFSI sector.
