Position: Senior Sales Executive

CTC: Up to 5.50 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve monthly business targets.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote insurance products and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
• Mentor and guide junior sales executives when required.

Key Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (BFSI preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve targets.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
