Job description Role & responsibilities . Achievement of assigned sales target as per Business Plan. Ensuring range selling and strong secondary sales focus. Drive Direct distribution coverage as per plan by focusing on key Distributors/ Areas/Outlets. Ensuring coverage as per Company requirements Ensure fast response to Competitor activities in terms of driving Secondary & Territory (Trade activities & Schemes/ merchandising related/ In-shops promotions). To Influence Brand Development Initiatives in his area. Ensuring dispatches to distributors as per set route plan Implementing robust Sales & Distribution system at the field force/ Distributor/ SS level. Ensure Distributor/ SS infrastructure. Ensure commercial hygiene. Control damages and maintaining stock hygiene at Distributor/ SS/ Retail levels Market feedback/ competitor information to HO. Ensure timely submission of distributor/ SS claims and ensure commercial discipline should follow. Sales forecasting. Understanding and managing key outlets Preferred candidate profile a. The candidate will need to be a seasoned Sales Manager with FMCG (Food) sales. He should have worked extensively in Pune & Rest of Maharashtra. b. The ideal candidate should have worked in sales of packaged foods (Biscuits/ Breakfast Cereals / Snack Foods) with an MNC / well organized Indian Company. c. He should be a dynamic go getter with a strong focus on delivering results. He should be able to function effectively on his own in a relatively unstructured environment d.
