Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging market trends.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and product recommendations.
  • Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and post-sales support.

3. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest measures to counter competition.

4. Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Support and mentor junior sales executives in achieving their sales goals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth sales execution.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and sales productivity enhancement.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
  • Track payments, collections, and ensure timely billing coordination with accounts.

6. Business Development & Networking

  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Develop partnerships and alliances to enhance the companys reach.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and new product innovations.

7. Compliance & Ethics

  • Adhere to company policies, pricing structures, and brand standards.
  • Ensure ethical sales practices and confidentiality in all client dealings.
