As an experienced Sales Professional with a strong Architect Liaison background, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of modular furniture at Dynasty Modular Furnitures Private Limited. Your expertise in architecture and well-established network of architect contacts will be key in generating new business opportunities and bridging the gap between product development and customer acquisition. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Architectural Expertise & Sales:** - Utilize your architectural knowledge to effectively communicate technical aspects of modular furniture designs to clients. - Act as a consultant for architects, interior designers, and project managers to integrate modular furniture solutions into their projects. - Advocate for the benefits of modular furniture systems in various types of architecture, including residential, commercial, and hospitality. - Collaborate with architects and design firms to create customized modular furniture solutions aligned with project requirements. - **Network & Relationship Building:** - Leverage your existing network with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and industry professionals to generate new business opportunities. - Establish long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders for ongoing collaboration and business development. - Expand the company's presence in the architectural and design community by attending industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. - **Sales & Business Development:** - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and residential sectors through architectural and design industry connections. - Offer tailored solutions for large-scale projects to ensure successful sales and client satisfaction. - Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets, monitor project progress, and facilitate deal closures. - Develop presentations, proposals, and quotations for potential clients in the architecture and design sectors. - **Product Knowledge & Technical Support:** - Gain a comprehensive understanding of Dynasty Modular Furniture products, materials, and customization options to effectively pitch and sell to architects and designers. - Provide technical support regarding product installation, specifications, and project suitability. - **Market Research & Trends:** - Stay updated on architectural design trends, materials, and modular furniture innovations. - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and emerging industry trends. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree. - Proven sales track record within architecture, construction, or building materials industry, with experience working closely with architects, builders, contractors, or related stakeholders. - Strong professional network within architecture and construction industries. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to influence decision-makers. - Knowledgeable about construction processes, architectural design principles, and building materials. - Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with project specifications. - Self-motivated, results-oriented with a proactive sales approach. - Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and projects.
