Senior Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive in the optical industry based in Gurugram, Haryana, you will be responsible for various key result areas. You should have a demonstrated expertise in international brands of sunglasses and optical frames like Gucci, Fendi, Oakley, Cartier, Maybach, RayBan, etc. Your role will involve overseeing outlets, engaging with customers, following up on inquiries, and motivating the outlet team to deliver exceptional service. You should possess a good understanding of optical lenses and contact lenses, stay updated on the latest eyewear trends, features, and technologies, and be able to educate customers on the benefits and features of different eyewear products. Maintaining showroom organization and visual appeal to enhance the shopping experience will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in a retail environment, preferably in the optical industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a strong customer service orientation focused on building lasting relationships.
