Senior Sales Consultant Residential Assets

You will be joining GoldenNest Consulting, a boutique real estate advisory firm that focuses on bringing clients" visions to life and guiding them towards lasting value. As a Senior Sales Consultant for Residential Assets in Gurugram, your main responsibility will be to convert qualified inbound leads and channel referrals into confirmed investments across premium residential offerings. This role requires strong product knowledge, empathy, and excellent closing skills. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with prospects from internal pre-sales and channel networks - Conduct detailed project briefings, virtual sessions, and site visits - Maintain accurate funnel tracking through the CRM and daily reporting mechanisms - Coordinate with documentation and admin teams for a smooth post-booking handover - Collaborate with CP managers to support closures on partner-sourced leads - Provide market feedback and client insights to the strategy and marketing team Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of sales experience in residential real estate products - Strong understanding of the real estate purchase lifecycle and client decision-making behavior - Excellent communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English (preferred) - Proactive, disciplined, and goal-oriented approach to closure management - Familiarity with Gurugram micro-markets such as Sector 88A/88B, Dwarka Expressway, and DDJAY zones In this role, you will be assessed based on various performance indicators including the number of qualified leads handled, site visit-to-booking conversion rate, total bookings & revenue contribution, timeliness of CRM and reporting updates, and stakeholder (CP/client) satisfaction rating.
