Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospects from internal pre-sales and channel networks Conduct detailed project briefings, virtual sessions, and site visits Present and explain floor plans, pricing structures, payment plans, and unit benefits Maintain accurate funnel tracking through the CRM and daily reporting mechanisms Liaise with documentation and admin teams to ensure a smooth post-booking handover Collaborate with CP managers to support closures on partner-sourced leads Provide market feedback and client insights to the strategy and marketing team Ideal Candidate Profile: 5–8 years of sales experience in residential real estate products Strong grasp of real estate purchase lifecycle and client decision-making behavior Excellent communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English (preferred) Proactive, disciplined, and goal-oriented approach to closure management Familiarity with Gurugram micro-markets such as Sector 88A/88B, Dwarka Expressway, and DDJAY zones.
