Responsibilities:
1 Understanding Client's Package Requirement
2 Preparing itinerary as per client requirement.
3 Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages
4 Presenting, Convincing & Sale Domestic & International tour Package to Clients.
5 Should Have Good Selling & Negotiation Skills.
6 Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, striving for resolution.
7 Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
8 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
9 Payment collection & Reminder to all hot prospect
10 Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
1 Proven work experience as a Sales Agent (Preferred to Travel Agent or Travel Consultant).
2 Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
3 Strong sales skills and the ability to meet sales targets.
4 Customer-oriented and ability to build rapport with clients.
5 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
