Senior Sales Construction Equipment

The responsibilities of this role include generating business for Excavator, Wheel Loader & Compactor (Heavy Line) machines within the assigned territory. You should have a good understanding of the Earthmover & Construction equipment industry and be familiar with potential clients in this sector. It will be your responsibility to cover the designated area, travel for new business opportunities, and generate leads from existing customers for machines and attachments. You are expected to possess knowledge of the local market and identify potential customers who require machinery for their business operations. Monitoring competitive activities/products and collaborating with management to proactively target customers will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be required to develop strategies and marketing activities to enhance product visibility and expand customer reach. To qualify for this role, you should hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. A background of 2-5 years in sales within the construction equipment industry is essential. Exposure and knowledge of earthmover and construction equipment are crucial. As a target-oriented professional, strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary. You should be willing to travel within the assigned territory for fieldwork.,
