We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with experience in Sales and Marketing The role requires a results-driven professional who can play a key role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and Schedule and conduct site visits and Maintain client relationships before and after sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and follow up with potential leads and inquiries
• Schedule and conduct Meetins
• Educate clients about property features, pricing, and documentation
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Negotiate deals and assist in closing transactions
• Coordinate with builders, developers, and legal advisors
• Maintain daily reporting of calls, visits, and meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent preferred) with 2 years of experience
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with educators and academic leadership.
