Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years

Location: Bangalore

Preferred Candidate: Should own a two-wheeler

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and manage new business leads across target markets.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and competitors.
• Represent the company at meetings, events, and customer interactions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing products and services.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (industrial or B2B sector preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a dedicated, long-term growth vision.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
