The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, managing marketing operations, ensuring quality of services, and contributing to organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business promotion strategies to enhance visibility and market reach.
• Ensure quality service delivery and resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Structure, guide, and support the marketing team to achieve business growth targets.
• Plan, implement, and monitor strategies for overall business development.
• Oversee MIS coordination to provide timely insights and support for the marketing team.
• Manage and monitor hiring activities in alignment with organizational growth needs.
• Repair, maintain, and supervise the distribution of promotional items to dealers and customers.
• Implement marketing quality improvement and restructuring measures for better efficiency.
• Track, review, and report on the execution of business strategies, ensuring continuous growth.
• Collaborate across departments to foster business expansion and client satisfaction.
