Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand

  business requirements and enhancement needs

  for SailPoint IIQ workflows.
• Design and develop

  new feature enhancements

  aligned with business objectives, compliance requirements, and user expectations.
• Develop and customize

  SailPoint IIQ workflows

  , including modifications to existing workflows.
• Perform

  customizations to OOTB SailPoint IIQ functionalities

  as per client-approved requirements.
• Conduct

  feasibility and impact analysis

  for new integrations and enhancements.
• Review existing

  IIQ configurations and customizations

  to assess the impact of proposed changes.
• Analyze current configurations and setups to ensure changes do not impact existing functionalities.
  
• Support

  environment and server setup

  activities for application onboarding, as approved by the client.
• Develop, implement, and update

  custom rules, scripts, and logic

  based on business requirements.
• Configure and customize

  SailPoint IIQ reports

  , including custom reporting.
• Perform

  unit testing

  and support

  UAT

  prior to deployment of changes.
• Provide deployment support, troubleshooting, and post-implementation operational support.
  
• Prepare technical documentation and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth delivery.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with

  SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

• Expertise in

  complex IIQ workflows

  , new integrations, and feature enhancements
• Strong experience in developing and maintaining

  custom workflows, rules, and connectors

• In-depth understanding of

  SailPoint IIQ architecture and configurations

• Hands-on experience in

  deployment, troubleshooting, and operational support

• Strong

  Java programming skills

• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills

• Strong verbal and written

  communication skills

• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
  

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (preferred)
