Senior Sail Point Developer (3 months contract/project )

Role Overview:

• Participate and contribute to design sessions.
• Develop custom SailPoint IIQ solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable across platforms.
• Leverage and configure SailPoint out-of-the-box connectors for integration with various systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure all development aligns with technical standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with Systems Analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation for developed components.
• Perform unit and system testing to validate functionality and performance.
• Provide production support and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Mentor and assist junior developers and peers.
• Contribute to the establishment and evolution of best practice standards within the IAG team.
• Ensure compliance with audit, security, and access control requirements.
• Deliver work within agreed timelines and project schedules.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Beanshell, SQL and XML.
• Experience with custom rule development, workflow design, provisioning, and lifecycle events in SailPoint.
• Familiarity with SailPoint out-of-the-box connectors (e.g., Active Directory, Workday, etc.).
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, access reviews, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in production support and troubleshooting SailPoint-related issues.
• Ability to write technical documentation and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical SailPoint Development and Implementation experience and preferably certified on Sailpoint IIQ/Advanced Sailpoint Implementation Training.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to best Access Management and DevOps practices.
