We are seeking a Business Analyst Trainee to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those with limited experience in the field. As a trainee, you will undergo extensive on-the-job training, working closely with senior business analysts and project teams to develop essential skills and knowledge in business analysis, project management, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are understood and accurately translated into functional specifications. Business Process Mapping: Help in analyzing and mapping business processes, identifying opportunities for process optimization. Data Analysis: Support data analysis tasks by organizing and analyzing business data to identify trends, insights, and potential areas for improvement. Stakeholder Communication: Assist in communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment of business requirements. Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and validating business solutions to ensure they meet business objectives and quality standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of business requirements, process flows, and test plans. Support Project Management: Help in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, completed in 2025 . Experience: No prior experience required, but internships or relevant academic projects are a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and organizational skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage.
