As a Senior Rewards Business Partner, you will be a key player in shaping the compensation and benefits strategy to align financial responsibilities with a people-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the salary review process utilizing Ravio's real-time data. - Develop and maintain the job levelling framework, providing benchmarks for new roles, promotions, and relocations. - Collaborate with vendors to ensure coherence across global benefits programs and cater to the needs of future employees. - Manage and enhance the overview of workforce costs, supporting functional heads in workforce planning. - Prepare analyses, recommendations, and materials for the Remuneration Committee. - Design and implement Short-Term Incentive (STI) programs in partnership with customer-facing teams. - Spearhead People Metrics initiatives to drive data-based decision-making on people-related matters and support various projects. Qualification Required: - Global experience, preferably in a global scale-up environment. - Proficiency in HRIS platforms and tools for salary/benefits management. - Proactive and curious approach to compensation and workforce cost management, eager to leverage AI and explore innovative methodologies. - Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and growth mindset. - Trusted advisor to the people team and leadership on all reward-related matters. - Strong team player with a focus on collaboration and accountability, driving impactful results.
