Position: Senior Captain
Location: Chayapeediya, Vyttila
Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Food & Accommodation

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed restaurant
• Must have hands-on experience with Petpooja software and mobile billing

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Capable of managing, controlling, and training junior captains and service staff
• Should be able to coordinate effectively with the kitchen team for smooth and timely order execution
• Must ensure seamless production and customer satisfaction
• Ability to oversee and monitor operations across all floors of the restaurant
• Should maintain discipline, cleanliness, and service quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the service team to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Coordinate daily floor operations and assign duties to staff
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen for order accuracy and timely delivery
• Train and guide junior captains in service standards and customer handling
• Manage table allocation, customer flow, and ensure service efficiency
• Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
• Support management in maintaining daily service and sales records
