Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for Senior Resident, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor roles in the fields of Pharmacology, Microbiology, and Forensic Medicine. The position is located in Dehradun. Candidates will be expected to deliver high-quality teaching and mentoring, conduct academic research, and participate in departmental and institutional activities. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, conducting laboratory work, guiding students, managing assessments, and contributing to curriculum development. Participation in faculty meetings and staying updated with the latest developments in their field of expertise is also expected.

Qualifications

Expertise in Pharmacology, Microbiology, or Forensic Medicine along with comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in the relevant discipline.
Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate effective teaching methods and to mentor students in clinical and theoretical aspects of the subject.
Proficiency in conducting research, analyzing scientific data, and producing publications in reputed academic journals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues.
Relevant academic qualifications, typically including an MD, MS, or equivalent postgraduate degree as per MCI or NMC (National Medical Commission) regulations.
Experience in a teaching or clinical role is preferred, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills will be advantageous.
