Key Responsibilities

• Management of critically ill patients in ICU under supervision of Consultants
• Monitoring and interpretation of hemodynamic, respiratory, neurological and renal parameters
• Performing emergency procedures like intubation, central line insertion, arterial line insertion, tracheostomy, etc.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Assisting consultants in advanced therapies including CRRT, ECMO, and mechanical ventilation strategies
• Participation in academic activities, research, and clinical audits
• Teaching and training of junior residents, fellows, nurses, and allied staff
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: MD / DNB in Medicine / Anaesthesia / Pulmonary Medicine / Emergency Medicine / Critical Care Medicine
• Candidates with IDCCM / IFCCM / DM Critical Care Medicine will be preferred
• Experience: 03 years post MD/DNB (freshers may also apply)
• Registration: Valid Maharashtra Medical Council registration
• Good communication, teamwork, and patient management skills
• Commitment to academic learning and research
