Senior Research Analyst

As a Senior Research Analyst at Baron Learning Private Limited in Indore, you will play a crucial role in our innovative and growing Education Company. Your key responsibilities will include managing trades across currencies, commodities, and market forecasting. You will develop and implement advanced trading strategies to maximize profits while minimizing risks in forex and commodity markets. Conducting in-depth technical analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and risk factors will be essential. Additionally, you will lead the development of trading reports, identify trends, provide actionable insights to senior management and clients, and ensure effective risk management protocols. You will be expected to monitor the market for emerging opportunities, maintain detailed records in compliance with financial regulations, and cultivate strong client relationships by offering expert guidance on forex trading and strategy. Staying updated with global financial news, technological advancements, and market trends will be crucial to adapt strategies accordingly. Furthermore, participating in strategic discussions with management to shape the company's forex trading approach and long-term goals is an integral part of the role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in forex and commodity trading. A Chartered Market Technician (CMT) Level 1 Certification is required. Strong quantitative, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as expertise in developing and executing trading strategies, are essential. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and make quick decisions are also important qualities for this role. This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from 30,000.00 to 40,000.00 per month, along with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, health insurance, life insurance, and leave encashment.
