Senior Reltio MDM Developer / Clinical MDM SME

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure

  Reltio MDM solutions

  , including data models, match/merge rules, survivorship, workflows, and integrations
• Lead and guide

  MDM strategy

  within the

  Clinical Research / R&D domain

  , ensuring alignment with clinical data lifecycle processes (e.g., study setup, site selection, investigator mapping)
• Review, enhance, and optimize the

  MDM roadmap

  to improve scalability, performance, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with business, clinical, and data stakeholders to define and translate

  MDM requirements

  for domains such as Study, HCP/HCO, Product, Vendor, and Clinical entities
• Implement

  data quality, validation, and cleansing rules

  within the Reltio platform
• Develop and support

  real-time and batch integrations

  using Reltio APIs, Reltio Integration Hub, and third-party ETL tools
• Provide hands-on support in building and operationalizing

  MDM capabilities

  while reducing implementation bottlenecks
• Work closely with

  Data Governance and Data Stewardship teams

  to enable stewardship workflows, exception handling, and issue resolution
• Create and maintain

  technical documentation

  , data lineage, and configuration artifacts
• Troubleshoot MDM-related issues and perform

  performance tuning and production support

• Participate in

  Agile ceremonies

  , sprint planning, and deployment cycles

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8+ years of experience

  in Master Data Management with strong

  hands-on implementation

  background
• Proven expertise with

  Reltio Cloud MDM

  (or similar MDM platforms)
• Strong domain knowledge of

  Clinical Research / R&D data lifecycle

• Experience mastering

  Study

  and other clinical or life sciences data domains
• Ability to translate

  business and clinical requirements

  into scalable MDM solutions
• Solid understanding of

  data governance, stewardship, and data quality frameworks

• Experience working in

  cross-functional, enterprise-scale environments

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
