Roles & Responsibilities

Gold Valuer

• Conduct accurate

  gold purity testing and valuation

  using Karat Meter/Touchstone methods.
• Guide and assist

  walk-in customers

  regarding gold loan products, process, and schemes.
• Manage

  gold storage, packet handling, and safe return

  of ornaments after loan closure.
• Handle

  cash (system & physical)

  during loan disbursal, part release, interest collection, and closures.
• Ensure proper

  system entries

  (CUID creation, modifications in LOS, loan closure updates).
• Maintain all

  branch registers

  Key/Cash/Packet Movement, Staff & Customer Visits, etc.
• Verify and maintain

  KYC documents

  as per compliance guidelines.
• Follow up with customers for

  timely repayment of interest and principal

  .
• Deliver

  excellent customer service

  at all touchpoints pledging, releasing, or payments.

Senior Relationship Officer (SRO)

• Acquire

  new customers

  to generate gold loan business and cross-sell financial products.
• Conduct

  field-marketing activities

  to improve branch visibility and generate leads.
• Build strong

  customer engagement

  and maintain long-term relationships.
• Monitor

  loan portfolio quality

  , track ROI, and ensure business profitability.
• Provide

  after-sales service

  to customers and generate referrals.
• Follow up rigorously on

  interest collections

  to minimize NPAs (non-performing assets).
• Work towards

  target achievement

  while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
