Senior Relationship Manager

As a Builder/B2B Interiors Sourcer in the Raipur region, your role will involve sourcing builders and B2B interiors within a 300 sq/km radius and mapping their potential consumption for our product lines. You will be responsible for building relationships with key decision makers such as Purchase Managers and Owners, as well as their designated contractors, to ensure a smooth workflow. Understanding the product approval process in each B2B account will be crucial, along with managing the end-to-end lifecycle for 50+ B2B clients, from sourcing to closure to cultivating and managing relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Source builders and B2B interiors within the specified region and map their potential consumption for our products - Build relationships with key decision makers and designated contractors to facilitate smooth workflow - Understand the product approval process in each B2B account - Manage end-to-end lifecycle for 50+ B2B clients, from sourcing to closure to relationship management - Ensure timely meetups with clients, effective servicing for complaints, and a retention rate of 90% or higher - Coordinate with operations, marketing, and technical teams for timely product delivery, service, and collections - Drive policy initiatives with specified builders and interiors as directed - Be flexible to move and travel to other locations for up to 5-10 days per month Qualifications Required: - Experience working with interiors/architects and well-networked with 30-50 people in the Raipur region - Bachelor's/Diploma degree with a minimum of 4+ years of experience (MBA is a plus) - Proficiency in Google Suite, including Sheets and Docs, as well as excellent English and Hindi communication skills (speaking and writing) - Experience in B2B sales, particularly in non-trade sectors, will be preferred - Knowledge in construction chemicals, paints, elevators, cement, and similar products is advantageous If you join us, you can expect: - High growth opportunities in a company that is in the hyper-growth phase - High levels of ownership, autonomy, and freedom in your role - Meritocratic culture that values your contributions - Access to the founding team in a flat hierarchy, including individuals with backgrounds from IIT, IVY League dropouts, and advisors from top Indian companies such as UltraTech and JSW.,
