Job Description

As a Relationship Manager for High Net Worth Customers, your role will involve developing and expanding customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing category A priority customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing new bank customers through individual efforts and acquisition channels - Ensuring high levels of customer service orientation and applying bank policies - Cross-selling bank products to existing customers and informing them of new products or enhancements - Planning and conducting special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients Additionally, you will be required to: - Coordinate with other group companies to provide seamless access to various products - Maintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts To excel in this role, you should: - Develop and maintain banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer services - Generate MIS reports The ideal candidate for this position should be a Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field. Possessing AMFI/IRDA certification would be an added advantage.,
