Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 10-15 Frontline Sales (FLS) individuals, fostering a high-performance culture. Drive business generation effectively through 20-30 PNB Branches within your allocated circle. Take full ownership of the targets allocated to the designated PNB Branches. Drive and motivate the bank branch staff alongside your FLS team to generate leads and log prospective applications. Conduct regular team meetings to align strategies, provide guidance, and motivate team members to achieve their individual and collective targets. Educate and motivate the team on contest roll-outs and provide timely updates on new products launched in the market. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business partners at the bank branches, promptly addressing their queries and concerns. Mandatory Qualifications Proven experience in a sales leadership or territory management role, preferably within the Bancassurance channel. Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team. Strong experience in driving business through channel partners, specifically banking alliances. Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory covering Kashipur, Ghaziabad, Dehradun, and Bijnore. Preferred Qualifications Experience directly working with PNB branches or similar public sector banks. Knowledge of life insurance products.
