Position: Senior Relationship Manager

Experience Required: 3–6 years in Pharmaceutical Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products to distributer .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients .
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations
• Visit assigned territories regularly and generate new business opportunities.
• Ensure availability of products at distributors and stockists.
• Collect market insights and competitor activity updates.
• Maintain daily call reports
• Support junior medical representatives with training and field guidance.
• Participate in CMEs, medical conferences, and promotional activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation in Science / Pharmacy preferred (B.Sc., B.Pharm).
• 3+ years experience as a Medical Representative.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of pharma products and the medical market.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license
