Senior Relationship Manager - FIG & PSU

As the Manager of Securitization Product (PTCs and DA), your primary responsibility will be to oversee the management of the department. This includes developing processes, policies, and manuals to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulatory guidelines. You will be tasked with providing excellent customer service to both internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and delivering high-quality support. Your role will require a keen focus on adherence to RBI and internal compliance standards, as well as the implementation of effective risk management strategies. Your goal will be to cultivate a profitable portfolio through strategic decision-making and innovative solutions. Building and nurturing relationships with various Financial Institutions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, including establishing counterparty credit lines and sourcing business from Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). Furthermore, you will be expected to leverage these relationships to cross-sell a range of products offered by the bank to these customers, maximizing opportunities for revenue generation and business growth.
