Senior Relationship Manager - Emerging Corporate

The objective of this role is to manage and enhance client relationships, identify business opportunities, and offer financial solutions to corporate clients. You will collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their financial requirements, structure deals, and contribute to the business's growth and profitability. Your responsibilities will include leading efforts to acquire new clients within the mid-corporate sector, converting prospects into valuable business relationships. Additionally, you will build and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial objectives, challenges, and opportunities. It will be crucial to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams within the corporate finance sector, expand the client base, and promote financial products and services. In this role, you will work closely with clients to structure financial deals customized to meet their specific needs. This will involve preparing and presenting proposals to clients and offering credit solutions such as working capital facilities, overdrafts, term loans, and other financial products. Assessing creditworthiness and associated risk factors with clients will also be a key aspect. A significant focus will be on portfolio growth through cross-selling financial products and services, aiming to achieve budgetary targets for Net Interest Income (NII) and fee income. You will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to evaluate client performance and risks, thereby developing insights to enhance client portfolios.
